Densil Bennett is the owner of UBroadcast Media, a visionary with a heart for the underserved. His focus is on giving local talent an opportunity to not only showcase their abilities, but to also steer them into entrepreneurship by elevating platforms and continuing partnerships. Mr. B as we affectionately call him, is also the owner of MaryLAN computers, an IT company with a long standing reputation for providing IT solutions in the community.
Jaime Tucker Davis is an all-around artist specializing in graphic design and content creation. Born and raised in the Washington, DC, she first began learning at the Howard University Children’s Theater summer programs. During her teenage years she benefited from opportunities with DC Artworks, learning dance and tap with the great Toni Lombre at TAPS & Company. Always aspiring for a career in in the performing arts, Jaime has developed her creativity in poetry and songwriting as well as modeling and make up artistry working with Baileedai Models and WALK Fashion Shows in Detroit, Michigan. In 2015 she began freelancing in graphic design which lead to the development of DaVisions LLC; a creative content company that focuses on nostalgic impressions of a Washingtonian from the 80’s era; these impressions can be found on apparel represented at davisionswear.com. With a love for the arts and with twenty-five years’ experience in project management, Jaime joins the UBroadcast Media team as the Executive Director. Her commitment to providing an outlet for talent and content from the DMV is a welcomed addition to the UBM Stream Team.
Shannon "Ba'k" Roundtree is the founding member. Shannon has been generating clients based in his own related business since 2004, previously, Shannon enjoyed mild success in businesses playing the role of an employee, and has been limited only by capital and available time. The potential for a complete media solutions provider was realized while operating independent part time businesses, one with backgrounds in Video and Audio Production, Photography and Broadcasting, the other in Internet Development, Management Consultancy and Graphic Design.
Justin Walker manages productions at UBM studios with an innovative approach. His keen eye and impeccable teaching breeds not only extraordinary broadcasts, but he is also developing our team and educating interns in the best methods for noteworthy broadcasts.
Marcus Johnson is a talented Floor Manager with 10 years’ experience and expertise in direction and technical support. His dedication to productions at UBM allows for exceptional simulcasts, and optimal performance over many platforms.
Dante Parker is a DMV based filmmaker. His passion for film and love of people led him down this creative path. His energy brings a calm excitement to each and every set he steps on. A Lifelong creative, Dante was given a camera at an early age. Dante is a decorated cinematographer and director, winning many awards for his work in film. Dante is a proactive leader who takes a hands on approach to any and every project he is involved in. Dante enjoys telling impactful stories that highlight people of color. Dante's goals are rooted in hard work and progress with a target on major distribution platforms.
Russ Ice AKA Roderic Russ is a musician, Who’s skills coversbass guitar, keyboard, drums, percussions, and vocal coaching. Russ started hiscareer in gospel music playing in his hometown of Easton, Maryland for a hostof churches. During his time in college, he played for gospel choirs at UMESand Dell State. Russ came to the Washington, DC area and grew roots with thelocal culture, gogo music, neo soul, R&B and continued gospel music. He hasperformed with the likes of Eric Benet, Kenny G, Davis Foster, Heather Headley,Andre Bocelli and the Las Vegas Mass Choir. Rus not only performs music is alsoan inspiration speaker and actor. He is currently the CEO of Cutee Cool; Awomen’s empowerment organization working for the awareness of women’s issues. Asthe House band leader at UBroadcast Media he focuses on collaboration andartist development through the Russ Ice CoLABoration Band
